ETZABOTZ is a venue located at Alakir studio(from hebrew 'on the wall') team art space in Tel Aviv, hosted a big number of local and foreign bands since it's inception in 2014.
Alakir curated in 2012 by artist, musician and architect Shura Lubarsky, His ﬁrst project was “the Wall of Freedom” (“Kir Ha-Hofesh” in hebrew) built on 21.12.2012 the day of the winter solstice at the intersection of HaMasger/Yitzhak Sade streets of the Monteﬁore district.
The idea was to give all sorts of artists a metaphysical and interchanging brick urban canvas to express their ideas on.

On this compilation you can listen to some of the local bands who performed at the venue during the 2 years of its existence, without concentrating on one speciﬁc genre or sound, but wide range of styles and vibes and introduce yourself to Israel’s alternative music scene of today.
